We built an AI Anonymisation Engine—deployed to their cloud—that uses ML-based named entity recognition to detect and replace PII (including edge cases like unusual names) with reversible tokens before any data leaves their environment.

ML models identify PII and replace it with anonymised tags. A caching layer maps tags back to original values so AI responses remain coherent when de-anonymised.
