AI Answering the Phone
Voice AI has improved enormously in the past 12 months, with better and faster models that now make it practical to think about an AI call centre. Here we present a demonstration of two AI Agents, together with approval by a human operator–a more complex call centre scenario that's perfectly handled by AI.
